I don't disagree with the accuracy of your content, I have to trust it because I don't have the knowledge or expertise to do otherwise and have no reason to believe any ulterior motive on your part,
However, as I read it, Apple is doing what is currently seen as legal and acceptable practice in relation to carbon credits. I have no evidence to suggest that this is pure cynicism or fraudulent presentation on their part.
Yes, I agree, that if such is as you say, (and I have no reason to doubt it), then there are better ways for Apple to use its resources effectively in this area and I sincerely hope that it will recognise such and do so.
However, to align its actions with 'greenwashing' is in my view unfair, particular given the company's record in this area which you even acknowledge.
Nonetheless, I value articles such as this for pointing out context that may not be obvious or not understood by many. So, thank you.
