if you fuck me whilst I'm out cold and have not agreed that such would be o.k. and after you do so, I don't raise any objection, that does not mean that it is ok for anyone to fuck anyone when they are out cold.

Indeed, it doesn't even mean that it is o.k. for you to have done it. Making assumptions about what another will welcome or otherwise is not consent, it is opportunism.
