Great thoughts ... I'm not a fan of AI for many reasons, so your opening resonated with me - and made me feel a little self conscious. However, I recognise that it AI is here to stay - and grow - and influence - and be used well and be used poorly.

So, we need Apple to provide its usual innovative but considered approach. No, I understand that sometimes they get it wrong - so for those anti-Apple people reading this, save your arguments. The fact is, Apple rarely get it wrong and usually get it far more right than most others.

The current attack on Apple for 'monopolisng' the smart phone market is an example of the skewed attitude shown when it comes to Apple. They have a 65% market share with the iPhone because the users appreciate it - if they didn't, they would buy one of the hundreds of other options out there.

I'm not into big corporate profits or even capitalism. I dislike our materialist society and rail against it, often. I am, however, a pragmatist. This is the society in which I live so, whilst I can criticise aspects of it, I still need to live constructively in it and use what it has to offer that I consider has value far exceeding any harm.

That's what I will seek in devices using AI, along with quality and reliability, elegant aesthetics and that special 'something' that Apple products almost always deliver.

Take care. Stay safe. ☮️
