Yes, it is, and whilst I agree with the substance of your article and even that, "history is definitely not going to look down favorably" on him, (though I think "definitely" is perhaps too strong a term and that much more nuanced appraisal is likely, I cannot agree that "He'll be regarded as one of the most selfish, narcissistic people to ever hold the office"
If that is the case, then, in my opinion, it will be a false assessment that ignores both what he has achieved in fixing various messes left behind by Trump. his obvious dedication to serve the American people justly, and the strong probability that his determination to continue results not from. self importance but from age induced confusion about how serious things have become.
As much as I don't like to have to say it, I do agree that the best opportunity now available to the Democrats to prevent a disastrous election of Donald Trump is for Biden to resign - now. If he does so, I also agree that the opposite of what you wrote would be true, i.e. that he would be remembered as someone who did the 'right thing', regardless of the outcome of the election.
