I agree with all you've said. Still, what concerns me even more is that, not only is the media no long concerned about Trump's inchorent ranting, gutter language abuse of others, clear false allegations of others and a greater self-love than that of Narcissus, but neither do these indications of unfitness to serve seem to concern a massive proportion of voters.

I recognise and accept that we have a wide variety of educational, social environment, occupationla and financial status, amongst other differences among voters but surely the appalling nature and characteristics of this man and his erratic and ready retreat into nonsensical acts that would suit the worst of comedic farces, cannot be lost on so many voters.

I read that male black voters dislike Harris and favour Trump. Are they for real? Do they really believe that this man with a history of exploiting low paid workers, denigrating people of colour and women, and blatant demagoguery whenever he takes a dislike, will be someone who improves their lot?

I have one major quarrel with the Biden administration and both Biden and Harris. That is the failure to condemn Israel and to continue supplying a nation clearly capable of genocide and violation of several international humanitarian and laws of war.

At the same time, I cannot even dare to get my head around what might transpire if Trump regains the presidency. I can only think that it will introduce WWIII and/or see the end of anything approaching what might be called a civil and free USA.

Yes, I've heard all the arguments about the 'Empire' and its perfidy and there is virtually nothing with which I disagree but, for ..... sake, no one presents a greater example of its dangers than Trump.

Just how have we arrived at this point and when will or, will sanity ever be restored to the nation?
