I fully support any action that reduces or eliminates abuse, negative prejudice, plagiarism or breaches of copyright.

However, I do find it difficult to determine whether images are subject to copyright violation or not. I have never consciously ignored any restriction because I fully support the right of a creator to ownership of therir work and to determine how their work is used.

At the same time, I do find the determination that "that accounts who plagiarize or commit copyright infringement will not be warned, and are not eligible for appeal." is a little 'over the top'. Surely it is reasonable to have some form of 'once, twice, all over' sort of system that allows for those who really do, inadvertently, breach copyright, isn't it?
