I was pleased to discover this. Thank you. It gave me much about which to think and clarified some 'isms' or similar with which I've had difficulty understanding.

Unfortunately, which may be my failing rather than your construction, in places I found it frustrating in a way that I often do with surveys, that is the use of lists of closed options which sometimes, to me at least, seem incomplete when considering what possible reasonably predictable answers may exist to a question.

Leaving that aside - enjoyable, informative, even stimulating, particularly given the extended reading.
