I will be pleased if you are right. It remains to be seen. However, if history is a reasonable pointer, I think it will only be a matter of time before it becomes *the* mode of sale.

Let's face it, such has already happened with virtually all the major third party software producers. Even worse is that most of it is now only available by download. In the past, I had hard copy and could re-install or move to another computer whenever I wished or needed to do so. Now, it is almost always a more complicated process and sometimes as good as impossible.

So, yes, you may be right and I hope that you are but I really am not so sure.
