If I have one constant irritation, it is the continual and usually simplistic and/or uninformed or misinformed criticism of Apple.

If people don't like Apple products then they can use those of its competitors - and good luck to them. Apple is not perfect but in 50 years of using its products and those of both its major & many other competitors, I've never found any to match the for innovation, build quality, ease of use, integration, longevity of use, legacy updating, elegance or retention of value.

Thanks for an article giving a reason for an Apple difference rather than one simply demeaning Apple for it.
