If you are right, (and I have no reason to doubt that you will be, you know far more about this whole farce than I do), then it is just another nail in the coffin of both the USA judicial and the USA political systems.

That any rational and reasonable person, who does not have some sort of intellectual or mental dysfunction, can possibly consider it reasonable, let alone desirable, that an arrogant, self-serving and deluded apology for a man who was undoubtedly involved in the Jan 6th insurrection and who, at the very least, did nothing whatsoever to stop it but made comments that encouraged it, should ever be considered for or eligible to stand for the highest office in the United States of America.

If I am to retain my own sanity I have to believe that I am trapped in an absurd nightmare and wonder when the pain will stop and I'll perhaps wake again.
