In my view, there is nothing for which you need to apologise. I really value the BeOpenReadingClub but I have to admit I am a poor member.

I don't have time or wit or head space to write every day. I read every day and probably more stories than I need to for the club, but much of what I read may not be from borc members.

I have eclectic interests and easily find myself following lines of interest - this can lead me away from where I start, which is with the club.

I'm also not so good at prescriptive processes for my mind is more about interesting relationships such as brainstorming or mind-mapping produces.

The result is that I don't keep up, necessarily, with what I need to read for the club. Possibly one good side of this is that I often add the #borc tag only to realise later that it wasn't a borc story.

Yes, me bad. I understand that and apologise for it. However, I have to say that the club has been one of my best experiences with online platforms and a great initiative.

I have written to you, without response, and tried to explain myself. That's o.k. - I understand just how much work it must be and I'm glad that we have your.

If anyone doesn't appreciate you, your work or how the club operates, and I include myself in that, then they or I can leave. - No, I don't mean to sound mean or nasty but it is just a fact.

You know, give and take on both sides. I will also be so bold as to say that I feel that most would agree with that.

However, I may be wrong - no matter - it's what I think and I thank you for all your work and the initiative in setting it up.

Take care. Stay safe. ☮️
