It's all good. You are thoughtful and considerate. The changes you've made/are making are positive and make a great initiative even better - I'm sure that we all appreciate it.
Speaking only for myself on this - I actually wouldn't mind seeing a 'raw' list such as this, as an alternative perhaps once every so often - fortnightly or monthly or whatever - and it might give you a breathing space, too. I'd be interested to know what others think and yourself. I'm aware that I'm odd so perhaps it's a silly idea but ...
