"just general pain in the arse" - As I said, that's sad. It's also unnecessary.

Incidentally, Your quote from my response to you and your comment on it that it is "comedy gold ..." followed by a supposed justification for it being so, is invalid.

The unevidenced and opinionated assertions to which I referred were your derogatory, abusive and opinionated remarks about others. Those you make in this response to me are just as bad.

No one is "far too old" to be courteous and no matter how abusive you choose to be, your labeling of others is unwarranted generalisation that does you no credit and even were it true of *some* individuals is certainly not true of all.

Neither is your birthplace any excuse foryour attitude. We all live on the same planet and, yes, we have differences in cultures and characteristics but we also are social animals who share universalities. You appear to believe that you are above all others who don't share your willingness to abuse or your opinion about what is appropriate and what isn't. That is sad, in my opinion.

By definition, civility cannot be the tool of the oppressor for oppression is not civil. Nor does civility indicate impotence, weakness, apathy or any other form of deficiency.

However, it is unlikely that anything I have to write will cut through the arrogance and self-aggrandising ego that is displayed in the writing of yours that I've read. That's sad, too, for as I indicated in my first response to you, I agree with you that 'bloated' and 'poor code' has become common.
