Lisa Beth, I apologise but have only just read your response.

It is, indeed, a sad situation. I used Redbubble myself for some time and cannot say that I had any difficulty but that was perhaps my fairly limited input and very minimal recompense.

It is sad & unfortunate that too man businesses that purport to be about fun, freedom & support for the non-professional, actually turn out to be as much about the bottom line as any other.

I don't know if Redbubble is definitely one of those or not but what happened to you was certainly wrong, offensive, hurtful & very poor business practice.

I am sorry to hear about your mother and your own struggle. I've had to 'weather many a storm' in my 75+ years of life & continue to do so. I wish for you the strength & resilience to see your trauma through and come out the other side ready to start a new chapter in your life.

There is a quote whose origin I don't know but which I have found a valuable reminder at difficult times - as much as I appreciate how difficult it can be to turn a page.

""You can’t start the next chapter if you keep re-reading the last one"

So please stay strong and don't fail to ask for help if you need it. I don't mean to be overly personal but should you ever need or feel the desire to talk to someone who isn't in your immediate circle but can promise some empathy & experience of emotional turmoil, please feel welcome to contact me. I have a web-site at https://www.downsfolk.org and you can reach me through that. Please excuse me if I have overstepped the mark in suggesting that, my intention is only to offer a hand.

Please, take care & stay safe.
