"Most scientists" - do you have any evidence to support that. I find it to be extremely derogatory and I very much doubt it is true.

Science is as close to truth as we can get. When its methods, process or conclusions are not, then it is not science.

The Hippocratic oath, even in its modified form but particularly in its original, is not a particularly noble or concerned statement.
