No, it's not unfair. The need for money to deal with illness and other trauma is a perversion of values. Health ought not to be used for commercial gain, i.e. profit, nor should it be inequitably available on the basis of wealth. That is part of the sickness of a materialist society which, in turn, is part of the sickness of capitalism.
