Thank you. I appreciate the motivation that I feel is behind this article and there is much in it with which I agree and a little with which I don't.
On balance, however, despite reservations I have about those few aspects, I have to applaud your ideas and the resilience and courage to put them into action and feel better / more worthwhile / more at peace ... whatever, because of it.
I sincerely hope that others will read and benefit from much of what you have to say - even if they must select what feels right for them and leave what doesn't. I would qualify that only by willing that they don't let dominant conditioned thought patterns cause rejection but rather, thoughtful introspection and connection with what, intimately, they know gives them emotional well-being. ☮️
