That is debatable. However, even if true, there are good quality tools and poor quality ones. There are tools that are appropriate to the task and tools that aren't. There are those who use the correct tool for the task and who do so with expertise and there are those who do the opposite.

Inevitably, there are many differing results, some good and some bad and many somewhere in between.

I don't see that such is a reason to not choose the correct tool for the task and use it well.
