This is an erroneous and unfortunately misleading statement. Even if an 'influencer' only has a positive motive and intended result of what is, essentially: manipulation, there is no guarantee of the result being to "that receiver's benefit". What's worse is that it amounts to an invasion of privacy and an assumption on the part of the influencer that they know better than their subject what their subject feels, needs, wants, and etc.
The whole concept suggested here is morally wrong.
