This situation is not 'identitarian labeling nonsense' that 'needs to be called out'.
On the contrary, this is very much a 'working' person issue, ie. an issue concerning those who work for 'the man' (or woman) and have neither status nor authority but, instead, are simply pawns in the capitalist game - pawns of people such as Musk.
That you apparently can't see that is disappointing because I feel sure from what you've written that your ideology is in the right place.
The thing is that, as John Stuart Mill said, many years ago: "“Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.”
Speaking out and that includes 'labeling' - when appropriate - is, I think, doing something, if only to draw the attention of those who are affected but don't see it.
