Too true. 2024 and we still must endure the obscenity of racial and other prejudice.

One wonders whether the collective human race will ever achieve more than a minimal use of its intellect. IQ is assessed with a +/- 15% margin of error, ie. the mean IQ will be between 85 and 115. Only about 2% of the World's population are considered to have an IQ greater than average.

For the USA collective IQ is around 97% and the nation ranks around 30th when compared with others.

On this basis, it would certainly seem that humanity exercises very little of its potential intelligence and, although I can't know, I suspect that this is at least one factor contributing to the negative 'isms' and the appalling prejudice and lack of compassion or understanding in our societies.
