You are not wrong. Indeed, as appallingly true as it is to say, you are undoubtedly right.

I am appalled that Biden and Kamala have continued to supply arms and funding to Israel as its slaughter of innocent civilians on the scale that is occurring is beyond any excuse of 'self defense'. Indeed, it is perfidy on a similar scale to that committed by Nazi sympathisers and antisemites across Europe in the 1930s and 1940s.

According to Israel's own figures, 1139 of their own were killed on 7 October 2023 and 340 taken hostage. So far, a minimum of 40,000 Palestinians have been killed and experts consider the figure to be much higher. Almost 100,000 Palestinians had been injured, many severely, as at the last time I checked.

In just a couple of days the IDF has killed 1000 in Lebanon, ie around the same number they lost on 7 October 2023, yet the people of Lebanon were not even involved in that event.

In addition, Israel seems to think it can invade and destroy wherever it chooses and kill with impunity as well as using a razed earth policy that will need many decades of rebuilding to be necessary if that destruction is ever to be replaced.

So, I see it as reprehensible that the USA is supplying the majority of the armaments & equipment that Israel is using for this genocidal activity and even worse, in some ways, is that the President and Vice-President, not to mention most other senior figures are supporting this stance.

However, were I a voter, I could do nothing else, according to my conscience and in spite of my revulsion at this US stance and action, but to vote for Harris and the Democrats. Why? I would have to do so for it is blatantly clear that if Trump is elected again, the situation will not improve. Instead the perfidy, regardless of his attitude to Israel, will only extend and US arrogance and Trump isolationism will almost certainly lead to even greater worldwide conflict and perhaps the ultimate Armageddon.
