"You people" - I think in your derogation you must be referring to yourself and others of similar character.

It is easy to throw stones but much harder to consider why one should or should not and, if the choice is to do so, what it will achieve and who ought to be the target, what is the objective and what likely to be the result and etc.

Conflict is generally a result of attitudes such as you show in your comment. If you have real concern and/or understanding of this conflict, perhaps write a rational and reasoned article that explains your point of view, rather than just being abusive but offering nothing.
